With the United States not knowing and not taking into action that the Hispanic Race is being discriminated on the only way for theses Hispanics to make things right is to speak out. Many Hispanics have tried to speak out but then have been shut down by no one helping or taking time out of their life to try to fix a problem that has been going on for a long time. Many Hispanics have joined together to try and make programs to help out their own race and try to help with the problem at hand. The only problem with theses organizations is that the only people that will support it is the Hispanic race and a few Americans so theses programs get shut down with in months or two. The importance of speaking out is huge because letting more and more Americans know what the problem at hand is will better help what is going on and maybe fix that problem. In the book
Night by Elie Wiesel there was the whole Jewish population in Germany getting discriminated on and being killed and not many countries knew this was going on. So the importance of a Jewish citizen speaking out about this problem is huge and may change the outcome of thousands of Jewish families. With speaking out a single person can effect thousands, "Latinos and Mexican-Americans as well as other minorities, still suffer from discrimination in the work place and in daily life." (Gibson1), people like this can have their life back with a single person speaking out and telling people what is happening and fix the problem a step at a time.
